This magnificent property consists of a 15th century stone farmhouse, surrounded by greenery just a few km from Assisi, partly used as an accommodation business and a cellar for use by the small agricultural company. The farm has one of the few remaining vines in Italy and in the world to still be cultivated “ungrafted”, that is, without any grafting. The company specializes in passito wines and, in limited editions, also produces traditional local wines, and dessert wines such as Vernaccia di Cannara DOC. An excellent Moraiolo monovarietal extra virgin olive oil is also produced.

State of repair

The largest part of the property was restored in 2014, preserving the original features with the addition of modern comforts, and is now used as a tourist facility. The other part needs an important restoration.
