This elegant, traditional and solid farmhouse is located in the vicinity of the beautiful Città della Pieve, close to Chiusi and facing Cetona. The historic core of the property dates back to the end of the 19th century and was extended about 50 years later. In the 2000s it was – in part – completely renovated, including the roof. A small area of the ground floor has been left unfinished with the possibility of making comfortable personal subdivisions.
A few kilometers from the center of Città della Pieve there is a stretch of white road (approx. 300 m) leading to the farmhouse. Here is the elegant property, divided into three floors, plastered, but with many markings made by the historical bricks of the openings and the typical oval windows of the attic. The land around the villa is a small park with many mature trees, such as oaks, holm oaks, and also brooms.
