Podere Capelvenere is literally a corner of paradise nestled among the rolling Umbrian hills from which to enjoy a beautiful glimpse of Lake Trasimeno. Its name derives from a source of spring water that flows inside the property, creating a waterfall around which a particular variety of ferns called Capelvenere grows.

The farmhouse, whose origins date back to the end of the 19th century, is essentially spread over a single level on the ground floor, where we find a large living area with fireplace which communicates through a large window with an external panoramic pavement, a kitchen, a dining room, 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a characteristic mezzanine area overlooking the living area, where it is possible to create an additional bedroom or a large study. The roof is thermally insulated. Wooden windows with double glazing. Everything is in an excellent state of maintenance.

The property is correctly connected to electricity. The water supply is guaranteed by the presence of a well and the source of spring water. Underfloor heating powered by an LPG gas boiler. There are also two wood-burning fireplaces.
