“Ginestra” has the traditional Umbrian style, with stone facades, original roof tiles, beamed and terracotta tiled ceilings, with excellent living comfort. It was built from scratch in 2006/07 with anti-seismic criteria and a reinforced concrete structure. The interior has a remarkable rustic-chic charm, given by the exposed stone inserts, the warm pastel-colored paint, the terracotta floor and, in general, the high quality finishing materials. The conditions are very good. In the living room there is a fireplace. The windows are made of wood with double glazing and internal shutters; all doors and windows are equipped with railings made of antiqued wrought iron.
