The Agriturismo del Castello is located in Ramazzano in the heart of the bucolic Umbria. The structure is immersed in the green of the Umbrian hills, with a wide panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The commercial surface of the building is about 700 square meters with 7 hectares of land. The location is ideal for reaching the main tourist areas of this enchanting region, in fact the property is about 5 km from Perugia, 25 km from Assisi, 25 km from Gubbio, 40 km from Lake Trasimeno, 45 km from Todi, 60 km. from Spoleto, 100 Km from Orvieto.
The land and the building are located near the famous Castello di Ramazzano. The construction is made of reinforced concrete with foundations done with lattice girders, elevation of the basement with monolithic reinforced concrete walls, as well as the pillars, beams and floors.
The walls and external facades are made of aerated brick and plastered parts, the interior walls are done in light bricks plastered and painted. The basement is presently used as a warehouse, it is roughly structured with a cement screed floor.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room, a fully equipped industrial kitchen, bathroom and bar area. There are also two large outdoor verandas.
The upper floor is accessed by two typical symmetrical external staircases, with 4 symmetrical apartments mirrored to two on each side of the building.

The building is on three floors, the basement occupies the entire covered area of the building above and has an area of approx. 481.90.
The ground floor has an area of approx. 236.50, while the two symmetrical arcades on the opposite sides of the building are 49.20 + 49.20 = 98.40 square meters respectively.
The first floor contains four apartments (57.40 + 54.00 + 54.00 + 57.40) = 222.80 and with terraces equal to 23.50 + 23.50 = 47 sqm.
State of repair
The supporting structures were built from scratch in 1993. The degree of external finishing is good. The external fixtures are in doubleglazed glass and wood.
Internally the property needs a general freshening up. The housing part can be modified by creating more rooms instead of apartments.
