A $50 per person nonrefundable application fee, submitted with the application and credit report request. In addition a seperate security deposit of at least one month's rent should be included. This deposit may not be deducted from any month's rental payment. If a co-signer is needed please have him or her fill out the credit report request and submit with an additional appliction fee(s).

Please send both the Rental Application and the Credit Report Request to us at propertymanagement@smallrealestate.com or fax to 866.270.0324. Please do not fax the request directly to the reporting service; send it with the Rental Application to Small & Associates Management Services LLC.
