Ginter Park and the North Side

One of Richmond's oldest suburbs, Ginter Park was founded by Major Lewis Ginter in the late 19th century.

Tree-lined streets host homes ranging in style from Colonial Revival to Arts and Crafts Bungalow. Nearby Laburnum Park features 1920's and 1930's homes built on what was once the grounds of the Laburnum mansion, which still stands on Westwood Avenue.

The Bellevue area of Northside adds Italianate and Spanish architectural flair as well as shopping, entertainment and dining along MacArthur Avenue.
